Damaged or Incorrect Items

Lost or Missing Packages

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been submitted.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may delay or prevent future purchases. We encourage customers to reach out so we can review any concerns and work toward an appropriate solution.
